At Table Tennis Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your purchase doesn't improve your game, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached; please note that custom-assembled paddles with glued rubbers cannot be returned.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in a sturdy box to prevent damage to delicate blades or rubbers during transit and include your RMA form inside the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our equipment specialists verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
