Yes, we offer free professional assembly when you purchase a blade and rubbers together. Our experts use high-quality VOC-free glue and premium edge tape to ensure your custom bat is tournament-ready.
What is your return policy on equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that custom-assembled rackets cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Are the products you sell ITTF approved?
Most of our rubbers and balls are ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) approved for competitive play. You can find the ITTF logo in the product descriptions for sanctioned equipment.
How should I maintain my table tennis rubber?
To prolong the life of your rubber, we recommend cleaning it with specialized rubber cleaner and a sponge after every session, and then applying protective sheets to prevent oxidation.
